Bemodo provides AI-powered business infrastructure, including the Red Flag Audit, Velocity Engine, and related services. These tools generate analyses, strategies, and content using artificial intelligence based on data you provide.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to our diagnostic tools.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access or interfering with the Service's operation.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, strategies, and content. You acknowledge that:

• You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools, but grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregate data to improve our services.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including Make.com, n8n, and other automation tools via the Action Bridge feature. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bemodo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

Bemodo is an independent third-party application that integrates with QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer API and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. Stripe is a registered trademark of Stripe, Inc. All other product names, logos, and brands referenced on this Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement.
