4. AI-Generated Content

Our services use artificial intelligence to generate analyses, strategies, and content drafts. AI-generated outputs are based on the data you provide and publicly available information. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and recommend reviewing all outputs before use.

5. Third-Party Services

We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including AI model providers (via OpenRouter), search providers, and CRM systems. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Carve-out for QuickBooks Online data. Data we receive from your connected QuickBooks Online account is governed exclusively by Section 6 below. We do not sell, share, license, or transfer QuickBooks-derived data to any third party — including the AI model providers, search providers, and CRM systems referenced in this section — except as strictly required to operate the Intuit integration on your behalf.

6. Third-Party Integrations: QuickBooks Online

When you connect your QuickBooks Online account to a Bemodo product (Velocity Engine, AI CFO Agent, or any other Bemodo service), we receive read-only access to your accounting data, including:

• Profit and loss statements
• Balance sheet
• Cash flow report
• Chart of accounts
• Customer and vendor lists
• Invoice and bill summaries
• Account balances and transaction history

We use this data exclusively to provide the AI-powered financial analysis, daily digests, forecasting, and chat-context features that you have explicitly requested. Specifically:

• Live data is fetched on-demand to answer your questions in chat
• Periodic snapshots are saved only when you explicitly request a saved analysis or scheduled digest
• Aggregated metrics (e.g. monthly revenue totals) may be retained for trend analysis features you opt into

We do not sell, share, license, or transfer your QuickBooks data to any third party. OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest in our secure database. We comply with Intuit's Developer Terms of Service and the QuickBooks Online API Terms.

You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from your account integrations page. Disconnection immediately revokes our access tokens and stops all future data fetches. Any saved snapshots remain in your account until you delete them; you can delete them individually or request full data deletion by contacting support@mail.bemodoai.com.

We retain QuickBooks-derived snapshots only as long as your account is active and you have not deleted them. Upon account closure, we delete all stored QuickBooks data within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Diagnostic data and AI analyses are retained to support ongoing service delivery and improvement.

QuickBooks and Intuit are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. Bemodo is an independent third-party application that integrates with QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer API and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.
